✔ Personalised Support & Attention
Every person is unique so their respite should be too. We match each participant with a support worker who truly understands their needs, preferences, and communication style.
✔ Continuity & Familiarity
Our 1:1 service builds trust by offering familiar faces, clear routines, and consistent support that reduces anxiety and supports regulation.
✔ Purposeful, Goal-Aligned Activities
Whether it’s skill building, community access, relaxation, or social inclusion we shape every experience around the participant’s NDIS goals and interests.
✔ Trusted Breaks for Carers
Carers can rest and recharge, knowing their loved one is supported with compassion, professionalism, and deep respect.
✔ Flexible and Comfortable Environments
Support can take place, in the community, or during a short stay wherever the participant feels most comfortable.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes this different from other program options?
Most services are group-based. Our 1:1 model means all focus is on the individual — no competing needs, no overstimulation, and complete flexibility.
Is this only for people with complex needs?
No. it’s for anyone who benefits from personalised attention. Whether someone is highly independent or needs full support, we meet them where they are.
What activities are included?
That depends on the participant! It could be art, bushwalks, swimming, board games, cooking, music, or quiet sensory time. We co-design the plan around what they enjoy and what supports their wellbeing.
Can I use NDIS funding for this?
Yes. 1:1 respite may be covered under Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life or Short-Term Accommodation (STA). We can help you understand what’s possible with your plan.
Can I meet the support worker before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage introductions to ensure a good fit and build confidence on both sides.
